Draft two looks fantastic!

Logos on the arms are fine at their current size, but the front and back need a little bit of toggling. Perhaps larger on the front?

I certainly agree that 18 years is an appropriate entry level for Airsoft. With all of the other responsibilities being an adult brings, hopefully it will also breed some maturity and respect for the system the sport runs on.
